We always strive to get you and your pet the most affordable and beneficial treatment and nutritional foods available. Any questions you may have about what is prescribed for your pet or the cost of any item, please ask us we are always happy to explain and assist our clients.
To match any advertised price we require you to bring in the ad or privide the web site you found it on. We will match the advertised price including any shipping charges that may be included if ordered through another source.
Also be aware we do not charge for special orders, we only require at least 1/2 payment at the time the order is placed. We also require you to take the entire amount included with any special order, we cannot hold part of your order for you.
Whenever special orders are placed we need to ask you to allow 5-7 days before picking it up at our hospital. We will call as soon as the order is ready for you to pick up.
